My name is Vicky and I am a proud mum to my amazing children and have a wonderful loving partner who I adore so much ! I am fierce in what I believe and strong in the fact that if you have an idea to help others and you can see it, create it and go with your heart ! No idea is crazy if you have a vision make it work! 

 

I was made redundant in Jan 2025 from a role I Absolutely adores as survivor Engagement Officer at Welsh Women’s Aid. I lead on a Network of 145 women.

Together we speak out about issues that prevent women from, moving forward after enduring all forms of Abuse in various means of Communication, whilst focussing on improving wellbeing and enabling them to become the person they once were, this could be via Policy or strategic plans. Working with Criminal Justice System. But it also looks at Community groups and helps focussing on Co Production and negotiating how we can all work together to improve what we all have inline with aims and objectives. But also, being diverse and inclusive as we can but being accessible to all. In my spare time I run a sustained Community group that helps anyone with food clothing and anything that will help them rebuild after feeing abuse or homeless. This Is called The Need To Feed and won 2 awards in 2023 for all the hard work and commitment for me and my small team. This community group is very close to my heart as it was created to fit all those who are missed by current loop holes and fall through the system with very limited help!!! Any changes to the way the service runs is all done through community need and voice ! We change to adapt to the needs! 

 

 

Prior to this I was a successful sales manager in relationship and team building. I’m someone who Motivates sales teams to exceed sales goals. Motivated Manager skilled in leading teams to set record-high sales figures, expand existing territories and develop new accounts.

 

Highly effective Recruiter who promotes positive and productive environments. Remains calm and collect in high stress environments. Accountable sales executive demonstrating a high level of ownership and initiative. Quick and effective at decision making and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
